چکیده
The mechanism of hepatocellular liver damage after COVID-19 is a multifactorial process. most widely discussed causes are cytolytic due to the inflammatory response COVID-19, drug-induced hepatotoxicity and direct cytotoxic effect virus. There observations that SARSCoV-2 infection hepatitis B virus reactivation, but little has been described about interaction between C SARS-CoV-2. course coronavirus associated with marked expression proinflammatory cytokines, participants in multisystem response, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-18, MCP-1, TNFα, which contribute significantly observed early late function impairment. aim study was evaluate role cytokines (VEGFA, IL-18) as additional markers COVID-19. performed March August 2022. Patients were divided into 2 groups: Group 1 – increased aminotransferases against background treatment from and/or following 3-6 months disease without viral (n = 42), patients co-infection (chronic (HCV) 26). levels VEGF-A, TNFα blood serum estimated by enzyme immunoassay method. Statistical analysis using StatTech v. 3.1.4. results revealed comparable increase level transaminases C-reactive protein both groups, different reference values. Direct correlations moderate strength (linear Spearman correlation) found cytokines: TNFα-MCP-1 (R 0.559; p 0.001), TNFα-VEGFA 0.400; 0.002), TNFα-IL-6 0.503; 0.001). We diagnosed significant VEGFA group (hepatotoxicity COVID-19) (Me (Q 0.25 -Q 0.75 ): 522 (250 1002), 0.001) (HCV + 1196, Q : (73 432). Similar trend exceeding values healthy donors higher than patients. Identified prove unidirectional changes functioning regulatory network controlling immune virus-induced reactions.

Proinflammatory cytokines (IL-6, IL-8), cytokine inhibitors (IL-6sR, sTNFRII) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-10, IL-13) in the pathogenesis of sepsis in newborns and infants.
The levels of the proinflammatory cytokines interleukin 6 (IL-6) and IL-8, and the anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-10 and IL-13 were studied in child patients with sepsis. The changes of the cytokine inhibitors soluble IL-6 receptor and soluble p75 TNF-alpha receptor were also investigated in the patients' sera. An increase of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokine levels was demonstrated at the ti...

UNLABELLED Gastric carcinoma occurs in response to chronic inflammation of gastric mucosa infected with Helicobacter pylori. It is not known how cytokines affect the growth and progression of gastric carcinoma. MATERIALS AND METHODS We measured tissue concentrations of the proinflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-1beta and IL-6 in gastric carcinoma and investigated the correlation between t...

Background. The aim of the study was to assess the activity of interleukin-1α, interleukin-6, and hepatocyte growth factor protein (HGF) in serum of patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis. Materials and Methods. Sixty patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis treated in various hospitals were randomly enrolled. The stage of cirrhosis was assessed according to the Child-Turcotte-Pugh scoring syst...

Background: As increase of cytokines (like IL-1 , IL-6 , IL-8 and TNF- ) in platelet concentrates (PCs) during storage are involved in Febrile Non Hemolytic Transfusion Reactions (FNHTRs) after Platelet transfusion, the aim of this study was the survey of these cytokines level in PCs produced in Tehran Blood Center. Materials and Methods: This study proposed to determine if WBC reduction in P...
متن کاملThe role of cytokines in seizures: interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-1Ra, IL-8, and IL-10
Brain insults, including neurotrauma, infection, and perinatal injuries such as hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, generate inflammation in the brain. These inflammatory cascades induce a wide spectrum of cytokines, which can cause neuron degeneration, have neurotoxic effects on brain tissue, and lead to the development of seizures, even if they are subclinical and occur at birth. Cytokines are s...
